Please help really worried

Well i woke up this morning and my axie is pointing his tail up. His back feet are on the ground but his tail is just straight up. I did a complete water change yesterday. Dechlorinated and sorted out ph and checked the water parameteres and the water is great. He is eating very well as usual but he also looks really skinny. Also his skin looks a bit pink. Please help im so worried

Hah ive been running around like a loony worrying about him. Also as he is looking very skinny i was concerned he may be ill. I dont know if im feeding him enough? He is getting 2 worms a day. They are about 2cm long and he is currently 11cm

How long have you had him Stephanie? Was he skinny when you got him?

You could try feeding him another worm, but don't do all three in one sitting. Wait a couple of hours so he can digest the first couple of worms, then feed the third. You could also try foods with a bit higher fat content. Waxworms work well for this purpose.

Ive had him a week. He was very skinny when i got him and he just seems to be staying the same. I think i will do as you said and try waxworms

If he was skinny when you got him, just keep feeding him up, he'll get nice and chubby with time and plenty of tasty food.

I wouldn't go tooo over the top with feeding - too much food in his system could well be causing some constipation.

Would be good to see a side on and top down photo to see just how skinny he looks, but if he's readily accepting his food it's unlikely he'll succumb to starvation - your love and care and worry will see him right.
