I have what I believe is an emergency, I was just about to feed my axolotl and I found him with what im guessing is some sort of fungus on his feet/toes.
I changed a large portion of his water, stopped one of his 2 tank filters and bubbler in hopes that his stress will lower as well as added black tea to his cleaned tank but I would like ANY and ALL suggestions on how to help as I am extremely concerned for his health

(pictures/video were taken when I first found him yesterday evening)

do not switch the filters or air-stone off, the filters are required to keep the water clean, the air-stone is needed to provide oxygen to the water.
you say cleaned tank, how was it cleaned? (I know it was cleaned after the discovery but cleaning can sometimes make things worse not better)
he will have to be tubbed to treat as the treatment ie.. antibiotics, methyline blue, acriflavine can disrupt the filter bacteria.
the water that he is tubbed in should be mixed with 100% holtfreters solution.
the baths that he will need to take daily are methyline blue mixed with acriflavine (both are fish medications and the dose is half fish dose, 1/2 teaspoon per 10 gallon, 10 - 30 min baths), the tub/containers should be glass if possible not plastic.
he will need to see a vet as antibiotics will be needed, do not amputate limbs to remove disease as some skin diseases suppress the regeneration ability.
