Please Help! Sick axoltl

Hi, I bought my first Axolotl 3 months ago. I was starting to get worried because he (or she not sure) had not grow at all since I've had him. Well, yesterday I noticed he has red blood like spots all over him and his gills have lost color, he also has the hooked tail showing the stress. Today I noticed a purplish spot on the center top part of his head, sort of between the eyes. I'm very concerned and sure what is going or how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Hi do you test your water? Do you know if its cycled?

Thank you for your response, unfortunately my axolotl, Sugar, has passed away. It happened so very quickly. After more research I believe he had a bacterial infection that most likely came from the feeder fish. It was the only thing that was new in the past week and he died within 2 days of symptoms. :'(
