Hey guys, i need your help!
I have 2 axolotls, and they have a kind of a seizure and i’m really worried. They swim really fast up and down the tank in circles and jump out of the water. Today i did the water change, i’ve tested the water 2 times and all parameters are good. No ammonia, no chlorine etc. the temp of the water is 18^C and is dropping because of the vent. I’ve used a stress guard solution, it’s an antiseptic and ammonia free solution and in case of some injury or infections but they don’t seem to have any of these or any discoloration or redness. Some help please!!!

by the way you say about chlorine test I assume you are using test strips, these are not very accurate and can be very misleading, get and use a freshwater liquid master test.
for now remove your axolotls from the tank and tub them in cold dechlorinated water, do not use stress guard just dechlorinator will do. whilst they are in tubs change there water daily.
once they are tubbed do a full test on the water to identify what is stressing your axolotls. hopefully it should be easy to find and rectify the issue.

Thank you! That was the problem. They are much better now!
