Possible fungal infection

Hi, ive had my axolotl for a few months now and never had any stress or illnesses but im a little concerned with the condition of her skin.

It looks like possibly some biofilm thats growing on the driftwood in her tank got stuck to her, so its potentially remaining biofilm clinging to them, but im unsure. I ordered some medication in case it appears to be getting worse but id certainly feel more confident if anybody has any thoughts. Thank you!

what salt/minerals are use in the tank.
add 3.5g per litre salt to the tank water, test ph, kh, gh.
