Possibly sick? Please help

Hi! I'm worried that my axolotl Tofu may possibly be sick, she has developed a small red spot above her eye. This spot wasn't here a few days ago, possible bruise? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I've had my Leucistic and Albino get small red bumps - they seem to be superficial injuries from bumping or snapping at something. The ones I've seen go away on their own

If this one of yours isn't showing any other symptoms I wouldn't worry.

My first step would to be to remove all those stones....one swallowed equals very sick axolotl
