Sorry....but I have a question.

What does it mean when you are typing something like:

1.1.Blah blahmosis

or

2.3.4 Something orother

Yes, the first number means the number of species that are male, the second indicates number that are female, the third indicates the number that have unknown gender. If there is no male/females, a zero is shown (ex 0.1 Ambystoma mexicanum), and if no unknown, the last number is usually left off (unless numbers are shown in a list). Hope that makes sense.
