I got new new tank and I live in Japan something happened with the ph level over night and I woke up to my axolotls skin looking white but they are still alive, the oh was way below the acceptable standard, any suggestions on what I should do to nurse them back to health?

1) What colour is your axxie normally?
2) What is the common name for OH?
3) How old is your axxie, which gender and what are you feeding him/her?
4) Was your tank cycled when you got them?
