Rambunctious NVV, so to speak...

the last few days, after i changed my tank water, the NVV were in amplexeus so many time i couldn't count them. I am not keeping any babies, though.
 
Do you keep those two species in the same tank? I've always heard mixing them is bad, but if these two in particular live well together, They're both species I'd like to get.
 
no, you are reading my signature. The message is above the line. No, they live in seperate tank mainly because of the different toxins and the different mating rituals, stressing and eventually killing the other newt species.
