Proof that you can have success with red cherry shrimp with newts. It’s a 75 gallon tank. 3 Cynops pyrrhogaster. Probably put 10 shrimp in this tank 3 months ago. Temps stay high 50s low 60s.

Thanks for the video and verifying that it can work. I'm planning on doing a paludarium with two C. orientalis and a colony of N. davidi (Cherry shrimp). However my paludarium will be 45 x 45 cm. Your tank is a lot bigger, how many newts occupy the tank?
Do you think my shrimp will be fine as well?
