I havent got on here for a while and still no Caudata that I keep but I thought I would share some pics of a few salamanders and newts I have found recently. I like to go field herping on my weekends and at the moment I am in Maryland near the Appalachian Trail in Washington County so there are plenty to find around here. If my ID's are not right please feel free to correct me:happy:

I am guessing this is a Spring Salamander (Gyrinophilus porphyriticus). There is an outlook called Annapolis Rocks along the Appalachian Trail that has a spring near it. Found tons of these.

Slimy Salamander (Plethodon glutinosus).
Found this one along the Appalachian Trail in the rocks.
Spotted Salamander (Ambystoma maculatum).
http://wwwnew.towson.edu/herpetology/amphibians/Ambystoma maculatum.htmFound tons of these in the Frederick Watershed area of the Appalachians. Lots of streams and ponds throughout this area.
Red Spotted Newt (Notophthalmus viridescens)
http://wwwnew.towson.edu/herpetology/amphibians/Notophthalamus viridescens.htmFound lots of these and frogs in a pond In Pennsylvania. I find these all over the place in the spring though.
I have a few not so good photos of the Red and Lead Backed Salamanders (Plethodon cinereus). These are abundant all over the place but if you guys really want to see them I could post them.
Hope you all enjoy!!!
