Looking for a worm vendor to get some worms to start a bin to vermiculture, feed sals, and use as bait.

I userd to have a list somewhere but lost it. Any good vendors recommended is appreciated.

Thanks

Personal favorites of mind, but keep in mind when you buy vermiculture worms you are getting Ensidia foetida, which means it may be cheaper to buy the "red wigglers" or "trout worms" at the bait shop.

My back yard is in full shade and was strangely vacant of Lumbicus terrestris, so I dosed the whole yard with a big bag of Uncle Jim's. Fulle shade means lots of leaves, so they do my composting for me AND my compost pile is a great source of critter food.

Earthworms4sale.com I get my worms from Dave Carter. I prefer Eisenia hortensis. They are not the first worms one thinks of for vermiculture but are some of the best for salamander food.
