His tail seems to missing a chunk I looked up information about the red leg, but he doesn't seem to have those symptoms. His appetite is completely normal eats just about anything that moves without a hesitation. I feed him trout worms, been doing that since I got him. As for bloating that has recently used the bathroom so surely he isn't.
I have a slight suspicion that it could be the tap water here, sadly I currently have nothing to test it with. I do know his tail is always a tint red, but that's been considered normal for albinos when they're swimming or doing whatever. He did before have a bad habit of swimming into the walls before, still sort of, but not nearly as bad.
The first thing I assumed when I saw his tail was some sort of flamation or decay.. but when I look closer it seems to be some sort of cut. Was it from the filter possibly? Is the red {which is located around the cut and parts of the tip of the tail} possibly where he bled? They are simply closed up sores? Or is this something as serious as Red leg?
