Red veins all over the body

Hi my axolotl has red veins on head, red veins on tail and small veins in all over the body (on the picture are not so visible)

Is any sympton of illnes? should i concerned?

I do not think there is anything wrong with your axolotl. I am fairly certain that, because it is albino, (correct me if I am wrong) That those are just blood vessels standing out because of the white skin.
