Regarding modifications to the forum

I am also confused John, how would the 2 versions be different? I never took html 101 or any other webpage specific class, but I do understand that the framed versions poses some problems with diffrent operating systems. I am with Tim as far as not knowing anything about choseing to download different versions and the benefits of either one.
 
I know you are busy John, can anyone else explain it to me better?
