Just as long as the smooth rocks are not too small that axies can ingest and impacted upon, i don't see why not, especially if you are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the accumulated wastes siphoned out.

Oh my goodness. I am in complete shock and shed a few tears looking at that picture! I didnt think it would have been this bad. I'm absolutely disgusted that anybody would let an animal get in this sort of condition! The poor little mite!! It's just so sad seeing pictures like that, i really hope the RSPCA do something about the owner of the shop.

That axie did not get that way overnight, that has got to be long term abuse. Thank goodness they are going out of business, lets hope that they do not start up again somewhere else, to that end the RSPCA involvement might stop them being able to do this sort of thing again. You can bet if they did this to one animal they were probably just as negligent with others.

I'am so sorry you had to go threw that. I agree with the whole money part. But at the same point would of done the same thing. You can really tell your a nice person for trying and willing to put your self threw that. People that treat any animal like that should have the same done to them.
