Illness/Sickness: Right side gills seem to be losing colour

The right side of his gills look off but I don't know why.

Gills will brighten and darken dependant on its activity level since the pink color is blood getting oxogyn. If you think they look different than normal then keep an eye out for if it is holding them in a more curled position, it is flapping them frequently, or if any part is shrinking. Those are the big indicators that something may be wrong.
