my axolotl is sick an i think he gonna die i hope i can find some help here

there should be plenty of help and assistance on this forum.
please post as much information as you can.
most issues can be traced back to water issues so please post water levels ie.. temperature, ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate. was the tank cycled.
if a substrate is used, what substrate is it?
what condition is your axolotl in, post photos.
behaviour of axolotl ie.. not feeding, lethargic etc..
what else is in the tank ie.. other axolotls, fish, shrimp etc..
how old is the axolotl.
if I have missed anything just include it as the more information the better.
