Salamander ID Help

Hi!

I need help identifying a salamander. I found it under a rock in a slow moving creek in Indiana. The creek bed was limestone. The salamander measured about 4cm. Can anyone help?

It's definitely some species of Desmognathus but seeing as they're hard to identify to species even when adult, I think for now at least that's as good as it may get
