Severely damaged limb

Gandalf the Grey's limb is growing longer, by the day

:) Thank you to everyone here who helped me when he lost his limb last month. I could use a bit more advice. Gandalf is still living separately, I am changing his water every 2 days and adding furan-2. He is happily eating 2 earthworms per day (morning/evening) and his body has filled out nicely. Gandalf is alert and very active.
1) when would you advise he return to live with his brother? they share a 45 gallon divided tank with their sisters.
2) do axos need to go through a re-introduction period or can I just combine them instantly? they are hatch mates but have been separated for a month.
3) now that the limb is regrowing, should I continue to add furan-2 to the water?
4) is 2 earthworms per day a good amount for an adult axo? (they are trout worms, long but thinner than nightcrawlers)
Any other advice, feel free to comment and thank you.

Looks like he's putting some weight back on, am I right? I have no useful advice, but it's great to see his limb regrowing nicely and it certain looks and sounds like he's found his appetite. That's really fantastic.

He is looking great! After Bucky lost his arm and it started regrowing he became more active and would follow me if I was near his tank (coming up to the glass to see me, following me if I walk past).
1- You can house them together as long as the tank conditions are optimal (cool, 0 ammonia and nitrite and low nitrates)
2- They don't need any re-introduction, just make sure there are enough hides for them and feed them before putting them together. Observe them for a while to make sure there is no aggression.
3- When Bucky lost his arm I didn't add anything to the water, just watched for any infection. It grew back, mostly. His fingers are just a little stumpy now :p
4- I usually feed Bucky 2 worms per day, so I would say it's right. He was skinny when I got him so I did this to fatten him up, but he still likes to eat a lot now lol. Just watch the width of the body to the head.

He looks so much better already, definitely looks overall healthier and at a better weight! His limb currently looks about like the beginning of the healing process for when my little guy had a really similar injury. Like others said it starts out slow but now he has a full little hand! Personally, I would at least keep them separated with a tank divider so he can heal without any added stress, but as long as everyone is kept well fed and the water is pristine it should be ok. So happy to see him doing so well :)
