Hi,
In my opinion, technically, the first thing to consider is water temperature during the trip.
Something like 10°C (50°F) would be fine.
I don't know if the shipping will last long. In case of, put each axolotl in a separate plastic bag in an icebox. Don't feed them during the last 3 or 4 days before.
