Should I tea bath my axie?

I think my axie is shedding and for two days it wouldn't eat. Today it finally ate some food this morning and I finally got some black tea. Should I give it a tea bath or would it make it worse or would it do nothing? Theres no raw spots or anything but my axie is still kinda lethargic but at least it's eating. Do you think I should tea bath it?

A picture and details of your water parameters would be helpful in ruling out other causes but my gut response is if it's eating and pooping leave it be.

I don't see why you would need to tea bath when there is no skin irritation, skin shedding is normal, everything with skin does it usually constantly (yay dandruff!).

I would just keep an eye on things, keep feeding worms and keep the water clean.

Don't want to bother it with the flash of a camera so I don't have a picture but it's water parameters should be good because I use fresh bottled water and change it twice a day.

Lol I have a box of black tea for no reason now haha.

Generally bottled water isn't recommended because it's too "soft" (not enough minerals)

That's what I thought too but because I was worried about it's skin I figured that there might be something in the other water that was irritating it. Temporary stay in there should be okay though right?
