Sick axie, not sure if hes been attacked

Photos taken when moving him to the fridge, he doesn't stay in this bowl.

I noticed a few weeks ago that my Leucistic had a messed up arm so i separated him from my melanated. The arm healed so I put them back together then found him like this the next day.
I figured this may be food aggression although they are regularly fed Dendrobaena worms. I am wondering if it's something else though.
I fridged the Leucistic but he's emsciated and needs to eat so im taking him out and putting him in a temporary tank.
What else can I do?

i'm guessing probably. in addition, he could also be having a bacterial infection as a result (the redness is concerning). water parameters check is key. don't stick him in the fridge again. he needs quality water. he should be fine in an isolation tank. he looks emaciated. is the other axolotl getting selfish with food???
