Is it acting abnormal at all? What leads you to believe it is sick...

Signs could be a curved tail (like in the picture) if it's that way for a while

Or mucous patches?

Might just be me, or might be my laptop, but I can't see anything on his gills. Can you describe it?
It'll also help if you can tell us about his tank (what you have in it, if there are any other animals in there, how often you do water changes + how you treat the new water, what temperature the water in the tank is + if you have the testing kits, what the chemical levels are. Also, what do you feed him + how often) Have there been any changes to his environment recently + have there been any changes in his appetite and / or behaviour?
Photos of set-up usually help too ;)

I changed water and that something gone from his gills. Curved tail in photos is becouse i put him in bowl for breakfast :D I usually keep him in tuperware, change water everyday 100%, give him blood warms, but now bought and other types of food. Temperature is 19C, 66F.
It is good what I change all water everyday?

What size tank do you keep him in? He is large enough to be kept in a cycled tank with 20% weekly water changes.

I have big tank, wiht adult axolotl, but I"m waiting for this litlle axie Santa to grow...Santa is 9cm long, tank is round, with radius 16cm, 8cm height.
How much I have to wait to put them together? How big enough Santa have to be?
Adult axolotl is 25cm long

I would wait until they are both around the same size.
Is the tank larger enough to house them both with a tank divider?

Its going to be a long waiting...
I don't want to put a divider in my big tank

This one looks healthy. Like the others, I can't see anything wrong with your little guy. In fact, his gills are gorgeous!

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
