I have had my axolotl for 4 months now and i noticed that on friday last week he developed a big white lump on the top of his head. I did a regular water change and cleaned the filter but this hasnt really done much. He isnt his usual self and has been hiding under his arch in the tank and not really swimming about much. He has never really begged for food but has been off his pellets and ive had to hand feed him blood worm which he has ate. What could this be im very worried?
