Sick babies help help

Hi, i have 5 white axis growing together, they are about 2 months old but yesterday i noticed that two of them have a couple of white spots on their tails that they didn´t have before, im afraid it might be a bacteria so i´ve separated them from the rest, but how can i know for sure? and how should i proceed? they are so young

i give them brine shrimp and they don't seem to have lost their appetite
