Went to feed my axies and one of them started regurgitating food they previously had eaten. Is she sick, or making room for the new food~is this normal? Should i be worried.
Their diet is: nightcrawlers/earthworms meal worms and frozen blood worms.
I was feeding them every other day, but they seemed to be really hungry the next time id go to feed them so i switched to daily feedings. 1 worm a day, or 2 meals worms(smaller side) or 3 frozen bloodworms since there isnt alot and there is 3 axies to feed. i also just implemented feedin the meal worms sunday. so its in the diet rotation.
Any advice or info would be great!
Thanks.

You're feeding too much. That's why they're throwing up. Adults should be fed 2-4 times a week, depending on temperature.

Cut out the mealworms. They're not nutritious, and they're not easily digested.

ok~ when should i start feeding them again?
Thanks!

Are they adults? Do you live in a warm climate? You can just wait a day or two and then feed every few days.

i believe they are~ the guy i got them from said they were 2 yrs old- one of the males is over 9 inches long, the female is alil shorter, shes maybe 8. their water is at 65/66 all of the time.

Yeah, you definitely don't need to feed them every day.
