Sick tiger salamader

How moist are its regular tank conditions? Also what substrate were you keeping it on? It could be from a ph issue.

Well he has made the metamorphosis from about a month before he was in a tank with water and stones emerged but the water has an alkaline pH. > 7.5

If I remember correctly this may be linked to the substrate being too moist. It may be worth trying to keep your tiger on a dryer substrate.
