Illness/Sickness: Small bump?

so, when I was feeding my axolotl, i found a small lump on my axolotl, it only seems to be on 1 of 4. i again saw another one on the tip of his tail, im bothered by this because i don't like my axolotls being sick, and im actually only 5 months into owning axolotls. iv had many problems come up, or i just over react. does anybody know what this might be?

It's fine, they sometimes get little extra growths but it looks normal to me.
