Small red spot, just a bruise of sorts?

I noticed late last night that my albino axolotl has a small red spot under his gills on his jaw. Does anyone know if this is something I should be worried about? I'm hoping he just bonked himself on something in the tank but I'm not sure and a little concerned. Any advice is much appreciated!

Yes, looks like a bruise or a bump.

Ok that's good to hear, I saw it and got paranoid thank you for the input! I think he may have gotten stuck temporarily in his castle hide, it's a bit small for him so I got a larger one today and removed the smaller one. Thanks again!

Yes, a lot of times those castles and other tank decorations have very sharp areas on the inside.

Yes they do! I felt so silly for not thinking of that! But the new hide I found for him is smooth inside and out. Also I'm pleased to report that the little bruise is all healed up now
