My axolotl is about a year old and I change about 25% of the water regularly, and the temperature is always about 65 degrees Fahrenheit. He's acting normally, very active, and eating regularly, but very recently he developed bumps ALL OVER his skin and his eyes look a little glazed over. He isn't behaving like there is something wrong, but it looks really scary and his gills became smaller.
Any information could help, I'm really panicking.
Should I clean the entire tank? Change the water? Fridge or salt bath? I'd just like to know what's wrong with him and if there's anything I can do to help I'm just so scared nothing like this has ever happened before.
