Hi!
I'm interested in raising an axolotl of my own someday soon, so I'm here absorbing all the knowledge I possibly can first!
I've been stalking the forums as a guest for about a week already, but this is easier haha
I'm from Minnesota, so I shouldn't have much trouble keeping the tank appropriately cool (hey I guess our endless winters are actually good for something other than bringing death to the hateful mosquitoes...)
I currently have a dog (a black lab) and a very cuddly cat.
I've had freshwater fish and a few assorted reptiles growing up as family pets (and dogs/cats), but this would be my first amphibian!
I welcome any and all advice!
