Do you think its fine if I just feed my juvenile marbled newts a sole diet of earthworms and isopods? They appear content with it. Every time I drop in the daily serving of them they run right over and begin devouring them. Just curious if I should add in another source of food like bloodworms or fruit flies.

Both are calcium rich and nutritious so it´s probably a perfectly acceptable diet. Variety is generally recommended, but it can be quite occasional. A staple of earthworms and isopods sounds good.

Thanks. I might try slugs, bloodworms, or waxworms as treats maybe. My little guys are such pigs. Anything that moves in the tank ends up being devoured. At least I know they're eating.
