Some questions about local petshop plants

Can someone tell me if Selanginella wildenowii, gold ribon plants, and white ribbon plants would be okay in a low light aquarium with no CO2 and fertilizers added? I couldn't find much info. on them. I think the second and third plant are part of the genus Dracaena.

I'm sure the Dracaena are not true aquatics and won't live long in an aquarium. Not sure about Selaginella.

Selanginella wildenowii is a low light species(infact high light will kill it quite quickly) and it can tolerate quite a range in dCH. I've grown it(not just kept it alive) without CO2 infusion. All plants are going to need ferts eventualy, what kind of substrate do you use?
Remember not to bury the rhizome.

I have gravel as a substrate, but I could pot the plant. I know that all plants need ferts, but aren't there some low demanding plants that can get them from the waste in the tank or something like that? And what do you mean about buring the rhizome?

I've grown java fern without any fertilizers and it will reproduce like crazy in a single year. They are great lowlight plants too.
