Spanish ribbed newt only laid 20 eggs?

I’ve had my Spanish ribbed newts for a few years now and last spring they laid eggs for the first time and it was never less than 50 but it’s usually even more, (most I’ve had was nearly 300 from a single female). Should I be concerned? Is it just because it’s their first clutch of the season?

I've had that with my animals as well. You may get more, but I've had these mini clutches in the past as well.
