Spots appearing on axolotl

There are brown spots appearing on my axolotls i only had them for 4 day and i cycled the tank and changed 20% of the water daily why is this happening and what should i do?

Try posting some pictures. Some Axolotls get freckles. Is it a Leucistic axie?
