Strange growth on axolotl gill

Hi

We have noticed a strange growth on the gills of one of our axolotls. She seems fine, eating normally and would not think there was any problem with her apart from what you can see

Any help if you know what this is would be much appreciated

It's just a blood vessel - quite normal and it will disappear on its own.

Ditto if you need a second opinion for reassurance, my first axie had that, just a blood vessel that sticks out. Bear in mind if you were to handle the axolotl, don't be shocked if the vessel breaks, that can happen.
