In one of your photos, he has guppies in his tank - quite large ones! I think I am going to buy the same type of guppy. How did he react to them¿ They are quite big.

The guppies are just your typical full grown male and females. He ignored them, they would brush against his face and he wouldn't do anything, when they had babies the babies all hovered around him and he didn't eat any!!!! I sent them to a friend for her oscar to eat because they just made my tank FILTHY!
