Super cloudy water

Hey,
I am experiencing really cloudy water in my axolotl tank. His water parameters are fine, the temperature is good, too. I did a water change two days ago but it didn't seem to help.
Is too many water changes a bad thing? How else do I get rid of the cloudy-ness? Will planting a java fern help?

too much water change will cause cloudy water cause the bacteria balance has been disturb, add more good bacteria from start up kit . Then you can use water clearifier to clear it for now. I just had similar situation cause I had scrub the tank so I had to do bigger water change and result was very cloudy water. After all those treatment still little cloudy so my last solution was a giant fine filter sponge. Works like charm but took up too much space
