T shanjing cloaca prolaspe?

Sadly my tylo shanjing isn't passing well once again more.
She got some infections in some spots of its skin. But very sadly i guess its suffering also from a prolapse of its cloaca? Its something recent, I guess if may evolved since I puted her in sterile conditions just 2 days ago. If so, how do I put it back in place?

Im in bit of a hurry, so anything useful please just reply to this.

That doesn´t look like a prolapse, there´s no internal tissue exposed. It looks more like the cloaca could be infected, hence the swelling.
That phlegm looks awful...i hope the animal gets better :S
