Tail Rot/Bacteria Rot? Spotted Salamander Need Help!

I have no idea what this is and it's been effecting my Salamander for weeks, I tried multiple forms of treatment and the Vet near me charges an absurd amount just for a check up :(

Amputated the tail and no blood came out at all, applied silvadene and other medications. This was a miracle.
