Illness/Sickness: Tail with red spots

Hello

My axolotl has been in a small aquarium, so he hurt himself on his tail.
Now he has a rip on his tail, but there is still a small piece attached to the rip with a red spot on. It has been like this for 3-4 days now, not getting better or worse.

He is in a bigger aquarium now and he looks fine and has a great appetite .

What do you think I should do?

As with all minor injuries - keep cool and feed worms!
It looks like a routine injury and nothing to worry about - the red spot is just broken capillaries.
