Question: Tank cycling chemical and ph regulator?

I have these two chemicals called stability and Neutral Regulator and wanted to know if you've ever heard of or used these products or just your opinion on them. I'm unfamiliar with using them but am starting a new tank and wondering if they'd be useful.

You shouldn't use pH adjusters in an axie tank. The 'instant cycle' may help speed up the cycling process but don't assume it will do the job for you - it won't.
