how big does a tank for two have to be im thinking of getting a 75 )35

Re: tank for two

You need to allow a tank length of 18 inches for each axolotl, therefore you would need a tank of around 36 inches (3 foot). If you mean 75 cm you may just get away with it. It will depend on the size of your axolotls when they are full grown.

Re: tank for two

Im not sure what you mean by "75) 35" but i would say you need ~76cm x 30-45cm x 30-45cm for two axies. Also the more floor space you can provide the better as many tanks are not particularly wide as they are usually designed with fish in mind. I got mine custom made to be wider for not much more money, but im not sure if that would be more expensive for you.
