Tank size for 6 T. verrucosus

Yes Ed, I'm a pdf-er too!
Sorry to be picky about "antibiotic"

I will just say down with Celery and will you just do my homework for me please?

Sorry, I just couldn't resist the Temptation...

Darn it, sorry again. I meant what I said about celery though. It's vile.

You're not looking for any postdocs/lab techs, by any chance? No one seems to want to employ a highly skilled analyst with a chemsitry PhD, Natural Sciences degree (including Micro!) and 3 papers

, one of which is rather hot.

-John Clare,
Down and out in Dublin and Bristol (the latter not lately).

PS: Did I mention I oversee one of the hottest amphibian portals on the web? I'm also a wiz with anything mechanical, mathematical or involving computer programming.

PPS: Sorry for sounding so desperate!

PPPS: Feel free to take some or all of the above in jest; I won't be offended. I had to ask though.

John, I'm disappointed. Celery is no joking matter!

How about applying your computing skills to some of my bioinformatics problems (unpaid

)?

PPPPS: My girlfriend has just finished her MSc project in Immunology working for Lee Wetzler in Boston University, so I'm well up on porins, immunoassays and mass-murder of mice, not necessarily out of choice you understand.

Bioinformatics, I remember that. Strange encounters with a unix server in Trinity College. Sounds like a great idea, though there are two letters in there that don't grab me very well: u and n

Hi Alan,
No problem it was my fault for being unclear as the usage I chose for the word was an uncommon one.

John - about 10 messages up, Michael asked why you separate the sexes. I think it's probably just to avoid excess eggs, but are there other reasons?

Sorry Michael! Thanks for pointing that out Jen. Yes, it's to avoid excess eggs but also to control breeding. My favourite aspect of separating them is that I can turn around tomorrow and say "I want eggs" and stick them together, a few days later I will have eggs (usually). In any case, right now I don't have the space to set up a breeding tank but that day will come soon.
