Tea for my axolotl

Two of my juvies got a foot/hand bitten off and is now separated from my other juvy.

I read that tea will help in healing.

Question: Will boiling water in a kettle, like I'm making myself a cup of tea, boil off all the chlorine and chloramine from the tap water?

I use ordinary tap water, boiling drives off a lot of the dissolved gases.

If your going to do a tub bath you could use dechlorinated, but I usually add my tea to the whole tank, so a little bit of chlorine will be diluted in over 100L of water.
