Love it, Auntie Jude! Bet that's quite the conversation starter! The video says that the axolotl is the luckiest animal in all of Mexico.. unfortunately, I don't think it is anymore.

Whoever first linked me to this song - and I've long forgotten who the culprit was - has SO MUCH to answer for. Members of my household are now threatening to inflict physical damage if I dance across the room singing 'I'm a salamander, salamander, salamander, la la la la (etc)' one more time. Anyone got any ideas on how to get this damn jingle out of my brain?!

Yes, if you keep singing it ( at your own risk ) then eventually it gets kind of old, just try not to remember it....leave it the past, or those threats will keep coming, as they did for me......
