My tiger salamander Nin has little to no interest in food. This has been going on for over a month now and I'm seriously starting to worry. As of right now he is still within the healthy weight for a salamander (though he looks a tiny bit thin to me) but I'd rather figure this out before he gets below healthy weight.
I've had Nin going on three years now and he's always been a bit finicky so him not interested in eating one week isn't unusual. Normally I'd switch up his food. (I usually feed dubias) and that does the trick if he's being particularly stubborn ill give him a little bit of reptaboost. (I only need to use the reptiboost maybe once or twice a year)
Well this time around none of the usual tricks have worked I've given him reptiboost twice now and he's only gained a vague interest in food but no snapping or trying to actually eat it. And I'm absolutly stumped and worried. Is he trying to go into brumation? Should I do a more rigorous supplementation of reptiboost?

Extra info: he's housed in a forty gallon breeder tank with eco earth substrate and a roughly 3gal water feature with filter. He is also housed with my other tiger salamander Bubba who I've had 17 years. I've never once had issues with Bubba eating so I'm totally at a loss.
