Tiger salamander skin disease?

Hello,

Last I noticed that my tiger has multiple dots that make two circles like this "o" underneath his tail.

Does someone know what this is?

I found out today that he also has it on his cloaca. Does someone know what this is or what I can do?

Temperatures dropped and it dissapeared... Yay I guess.
