Tank finished cycling a few weeks ago, parameters are good. Her tail is also pink a lot which I know is normal sometimes but for her it's quite often. Is this and the dots normal?

(The tail isn't that pink here but sometimes it randomly gets really pink and fluctuates even if she's pooped or hasn't eaten so I don't think it's constipation either)

if an axolotl becomes flushed whilst at rest check the water parameters, mainly temperature.
it isn't unusual for an axolotl to become flushed whilst active.
the dots that are seen in the photos are normal.
